OUR RETURN POLICIES

We understand ordering online is not always easy. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

THE MAGAZINE

Print and digital copies are final sale. Should your physical copy arrive damaged please email info@milqmag.com within 10 hours of receiving the package with photo proof for an exchange.

ONLINE STORE

    • All sale items and items purchased on a discount are FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for any type of store credit.

    • Items returned within 10 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit only.

    • MILQ does not offer refunds. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.

    • All returned items must be in their original condition, undamaged, unwashed, and unworn. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately.

    • All items returned to MILQ are at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.

    • If your item was damaged or incorrect upon receipt email info@milqmag.com within 10 hours of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.

    • A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to MILQ. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

    • Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
